MEPSA
MUELLES Y ESPACIOS PORTUARIOS, S.A.U. (MEPSA) is the holder of the Port of Barcelona administrative concession which manages 42 hectares on the Energy Wharf, located in Delta 1 Port Terminals Park (PTP Delta1), an area for the receipt, storage, prior treatment and distribution of liquid bulk.
MEPSA is wholly owned by the holding company Catalana d’Infrastructures Portuàries, S.L. (CIP), which in turn is part-owned by Grupo Corporativo Landon and Barcelona Port Authority.
• Grupo Corporativo Landon: Family office, a holding company of private companies.
• Barcelona Port Authority (APB): A State-owned public body answering to the Spanish Ministry of Public works whose responsibilities include managing the public port domain of the Port of Barcelona.
The success and the alliance of both partners is confirmation of the capacity to work together in a public-private partnership in the field of logistics infrastructures, as a driving force for the competitiveness and development of new business projects.
