4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

To solve all disputes or issues related to this website or to the activities developed thereon, the parties shall expressly abide by Spanish legislation which shall apply, the Courts and Tribunals closest to Barcelona being competent to solve all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
